Dr. Trakimas immediately recognized the symptom, identified the underlying cause and provided effective treatment. She consistently provides us with insightful diagnoses and high quality care.

I selected the Dermatology Center of Raleigh after deciding the location of my past dermatologist was inconvenient. I met with Dr. T to find out more about her background and her practice; I was most impressed with her credentials and her approach to skin care.I have been very happy with both the procedures and the products recommended by Dr. T. Her goal has been to refresh and renew my facial appearance, which is most important to me since I am in the age 50+ category now………it’s the new 30 you know! She always takes baby steps in recommending procedures and has never been one to recommend radical procedures. When I leave her office I always feel as if I have just left a friend who has my best interest as her first priority.
As I have compared her services to many others and I can honestly say that her fees are very reasonable. I have recommended the Dermatology Center of Raleigh to numerous friends and will continue to do so. I consider it one of my great finds!

I met Dr. Carol Trakimas on one of her initial visits to Raleigh and was impressed with her professionalism and kind demeanor. She made me feel comfortable and I knew right away that I wanted to be her patient. The Dermatology Center is conveniently located for my needs and the office is so relaxing and quiet I feel as though I am waiting for a spa appointment; which is quite different from most physicians’ offices. My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Trakimas for three happy years! We have had many skin problems and she has solved them all!
